Return Policies
All returns in Pierced Chameleon has a time limit of 30 days. 30 days for you to either choose to return the item, exchange it, credit,or have us replace it. The item of course has to be unaltered and within the 30 day limit. Pierced Chameleon also charges (depending on the item) a restocking fee of 5% of the purchased item(s) original value before shipping and handling fees were applied for returned items. Pierced Chameleon's 30 day limit on all items apply also to items not from the Thailand supplier. The 30 day return time limit excludes the days that it takes to receive your item.

Delivery Policy
On delivery make sure to check your item. Do Not Panic - if the name is different. The titles put on items in Pierced Chameleon differ from the ones given by the supplier to better suit the customers needs. The item should be the item you ordered. If item was not what you ordered make a return and ask for an exchange or refund.
Shipping Policy
The shipping policy for jewelry items from Thailand is charged on Pierced Chameleon for a minimum of $2.00 for under a pound;anything over a pound is charged more for shipping. It will take us 2-3 days (not including weekends and public holidays) to process your order and then allow up 12-21 days for it to end up at your location.

Payment Terms
Payments in form of money orders, personal checks, and cashier's check , are excepted. However , shipment will be held for 10 business days to allow time for checks to clear the bank.
We wait till we are fully paid before shipping any items.
